Who We Serve

Security fencing helps protect and defend any perimeter and serves many different industries with versatility. High security fences best suited for power stations and detention centers can be scaled back to meet the needs of any commercial development or institution.

High-Security Fencing Systems

Every perimeter has different requirements based on threat level, environment, regulatory compliance, and budget. DK Security Solutions installs multiple fencing systems, each engineered for specific security applications. We help you select the right system for your site and install it in accordance with manufacturer and industry specifications.

Commercial Chain Link Fencing

Chain link is the most widely used commercial and industrial perimeter fence in the United States. It provides reliable boundary definition, visibility, and scalability at a competitive cost. DK installs galvanized and vinyl-coated chain-link systems in heights and gauges appropriate for the required security level, from standard commercial boundaries to heavy-gauge installations topped with barbed wire or razor ribbon for high-security environments.

Common applications: industrial plants, warehouses, construction sites, school campuses, commercial developments.

Anti-Climb Fencing (358 Mesh)

Anti-climb fencing, also known as 358 mesh or prison mesh, features a dense welded-wire pattern with apertures too small for fingers or toes to grip. The tight 3″ × 0.5″ mesh spacing makes it extremely difficult to cut with standard hand tools and nearly impossible to climb without specialized equipment. It is one of the highest-rated types of physical security fencing available.

Common applications: correctional facilities, military installations, substations, data centers, water treatment plants.

Clear View Fencing

Clear-view fencing provides high security with high visibility. The welded mesh panels provide unobstructed sightlines for surveillance cameras and security personnel while maintaining a strong physical barrier. This makes it ideal for facilities where visual monitoring is as important as physical deterrence.

Common applications: substations, solar farms, airports, government buildings, commercial campuses.

Palisade Fencing

Palisade fencing uses vertical steel pales with pointed or triple-pointed tops to create a strong visual and physical deterrent. It combines high security with a more architectural appearance than mesh systems, making it a common choice for utility and government perimeters where aesthetics matter alongside protection.

Common applications: utility substations, government facilities, rail infrastructure, industrial perimeters.

Barbed Wire & Razor Wire Topping

Barbed wire and razor ribbon (concertina wire) are added to the top of existing fence systems to increase the deterrent value and delay time for anyone attempting to breach the perimeter. DK installs single-strand barbed wire, double-strand configurations, and coiled razor ribbon, depending on the facility’s security level and regulatory requirements.

Security Gate Systems

Gates are the most operationally critical component of any perimeter security system. They control access, manage traffic flow, and must operate reliably under heavy use and harsh conditions. DK Security Solutions installs manual and automated gate systems designed for commercial and industrial security applications.

Cantilever Slide Gates

Cantilever gates are the preferred gate type for most high-security commercial and industrial applications. They slide horizontally along the fence line using a roller assembly and counterbalance system — with no ground track required. This trackless design makes them ideal for uneven terrain, locations with heavy snow or debris, and sites with high traffic volume. Cantilever gates require less maintenance than ground-track roller gates and are safer to automate because their linear path reduces the risk of contact with vehicles or pedestrians.

DK installs cantilever gates in single and bi-parting configurations for openings ranging from standard vehicular widths to large industrial spans.

Swing Gates

Swing gates open inward or outward on hinges, operating much like a door. They are available in single-leaf and double-leaf configurations and can be manual or automated. Swing gates are well-suited for low-traffic access points, pedestrian entries, and locations where the opening width and available swing clearance permit arc-style operation.

Crash-Rated Gates & Anti-Ram Barriers

For government, military, and critical infrastructure sites, DK installs crash-rated gate systems tested to Department of State and ASTM standards (M30/K4, M40/K8, M50/K12). These systems are engineered to stop vehicle-borne threats at speed while still allowing controlled access for authorized traffic. Crash-rated options include slide gates, swing gates, beam barriers, and bollard systems.

Gate Automation & Access Control

Every gate system we install can be integrated with automated operators and access control technology. DK’s CGAT- and CGAD-certified team handles the full scope of gate automation — including hydraulic, mechanical, and electromechanical operators, safety photo beams, safety edges, vehicle loop detectors, telephone entry systems, keypad and card reader access, and remote monitoring. All installations comply with UL 325 and ASTM F2200 safety standards.

Fence & Gate Installation FAQ

Timeline depends on the scope, site conditions, and complexity of the gate automation. A straightforward chain link perimeter for a small commercial site may take a few days. A full high-security installation with cantilever gates, access control, and crash-rated barriers at a large industrial facility can take several weeks. Every project includes a detailed timeline during the design phase.

Yes. DK Security Solutions is based in Bremen, Indiana, and serves clients nationwide. Our crews travel to project sites across the United States for both new installations and alterations to existing perimeters.

A cantilever gate slides horizontally along the fence line with no ground track, using a roller-and-counterbalance system. A swing gate opens on hinges in an arc like a door. Cantilever gates are preferred for most high-security and high-traffic applications because they take up less space, are safer to automate, require less maintenance, and handle uneven terrain and snow better than swing gates.

In most cases, yes. DK’s CGAT-certified technicians can retrofit existing gate systems with operators, safety devices, keypads, card readers, vehicle detection loops, and remote monitoring. We assess the existing gate’s condition and compatibility before recommending an automation solution

Our team holds CGAT (Certified Gate Automation Technician) and CGAD (Certified Gate Automation Designer) credentials through the American Fence Association. These certifications cover UL 325 safety standards, compliance with ASTM F2200, gate operator installation, electrical wiring, vehicle detection, and access control best practices.
